Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Kaikki vaatimukset on esitettävä kirjallisesti 30 päivän kuluessa havaitsemisesta.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Takuu on voimassa vain, kun materiaalia käytetään normaaleissa asuin-/kevyissä kaupallisissa kävelyolosuhteissa.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Tämä takuu ei kata huonekalujen, laitteiden, pyörillä varustettujen esineiden tai huumeiden materiaalien pinnalla aiheuttamia vaurioita.

9. Tämä takuu ei kata tulipalon, tulvien, muiden luonnonkatastrofien, jumalallisten tekojen, kuljetukseen, rakentamiseen tai asennukseen liittyviä vaurioita.

10. Laiminlyönti, eroosio, virheellinen vedenpoisto, painuma tai rakenteen, johon kansi on asennettu, liikkuminen mitätöi tämän takuun.

11. Tuotteen laatu, materiaalivirheet tai virheet, jotka eivät ylitä 5 % materiaalista, eivät kuulu tämän takuun piiriin.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Tämä takuu voidaan siirtää kerran viiden [5] vuoden sisällä alkuperäisestä ostopäivästä. Takuurekisteröinti vaaditaan kolmenkymmenen [30] päivän kuluessa materiaalin ostamisesta.

Jos rekisteröintiä ei tehdä tässä määräajassa, tämä takuu mitätöityy.
